We are not a big-box gym. Our fitness studio offers a private setting supported by a fully integrated clinical team with the science "know how" to design exercise programs that not only work but are also safe.

Fresh Personal Training’s staff has experience in a wide range of sports and fitness disciplines, which we utilize to keep you motivated and excited. Our personal training workouts draw on everything: yoga, mixed martial arts, body sculpting, sport-specific strength & conditioning, functional performance training, gymnastics, circuit training, high-intensity weight lifting, and plyometrics.
We believe in individualization and gradual progression. Everything we do is appropriate for your level of fitness. It is our job to know where you are now and how to get you to where you want to be, including telling you when to take a break or when to push harder.
Small-Group Training Programs
Dr. James Proodian & Dr. Oscar Coetzee have partnered up and designed small-group training programs to help you make lifestyle changes that promote total wellness. You will lose weight and improve your cardiovascular capacity—all while having fun as part of a team experience.
Our customized programs are specifically designed to help those suffering from chronic illnesses improve their symptoms or even reverse their conditions. These include:
